Pitta bread | 5 each |
Garlic puree | 1 tsp |
Onions | 50g |
Mixed peppers | 50g |
Mushrooms | 50g |
Dried mixed herbs | pinch |
Chopped tomatoes | 200g |
Mozzarella balls | 75g |
Pineapple slices | 50g |
Sweetcorn | 50g |
Method:
1. Sauté onions and garlic in a little oil.
2. Mix in peppers, pineapple, mushrooms, tomatoes and herbs and simmer for 20 minutes to reduce.
3. Top pittas with tomato sauce and mozzarella.
4. Brown in oven.
5. Add toppings to pitta pizza.
