The hardest part is watching a child give up or seem defeated. I do my best to make sure the children know and understand that they can achieve anything.

What advice would you give to someone considering a career in childcare?

Be sure to read as much information about childcare as possible. Childcare isn’t just playing with toys – it’s much bigger than that.
