Flexible contracts and enhanced benefits

We offer flexible contracts from 16 hours a week to 40 hours a week to suit all stages of your life. Annual pay reviews, 50% childcare discount from day one* and a pension scheme, with matching contribution of up to 3%, are some of the many benefits on offer to all of our partners.

*eligible to all staff on contracts over 16 hours per week.

National Living Wage

We pay above the national living wage - £7.20 per hour - to all employees including those under 25.

Our Apprentices earn £5.55 per hour.

In the past 5 years Childbase practitioners have travelled to:

Los Angeles, New York, Italy, Hong Kong, China, Spain, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

  

Social events

The Childbase social calendar is a busy one with events, subsidised by the company, organised for individual nurseries, regions and for the company as a whole. Each nursery has a ‘wellbeing budget’ for team fun outside work and the whole company comes together for the annual dinner - when we celebrate the ‘Best of the Best’ with first rate entertainment like Diversity – or the ‘Family Day’  at Chessington World of Adventures.
